"As a 28 year old male, the idea of Reiki did not appeal to me instantly but when my girlfriend arranged an appointment for me, I decided to give it a try. I work a very manual job so often complain of aches and pains and feeling lethargic.
I was really impressed by Tessa’s professionalism. The treatment room was very calming environment and the fact that Tessa explained what would happen before the treatment started helped me to feel as relaxed as possible.
I was very surprised at my body’s response to the treatment. I could feel the rushes of energy especially on my left side. It’s a very strange sensation but strangely pleasant. I hadn’t expected to react in such as obvious way, especially in my neck and joints which felt really released afterwards.
I would definitely recommend a treatment with Tessa to anyone who had a particular ache or pain, or just for general well being. Although I wouldn’t have called myself a sceptic beforehand, I was dubious.
